Our Island

Good for our IslandProud to be part of Jersey

Jersey has been at the heart of our story since JP Restaurants began, and supporting the Island is an important part of who we are.

Supporting local producers

Where we can, we source ingredients from Jersey farmers, fishermen, growers and producers. From local shellfish and seafood to dairy, meat, fruit and vegetables, choosing local helps us support the people who produce our food while celebrating the quality of Jersey's natural larder. When something can’t be sourced locally, we consider factors such as quality, provenance, supplier practices and environmental impact when choosing alternatives.

Responsible sourcing

We work with suppliers who share our approach to responsible sourcing and, where appropriate, look for recognised environmental, ethical and animal-welfare standards. We use free-range eggs across our venues and prioritise suppliers who demonstrate good welfare practices. We also consider where our ingredients come from and how they are produced when making purchasing decisions.

Supporting our community

Our connection to Jersey goes beyond our kitchens. We work with local organisations, charities and community initiatives, supporting causes that matter to our teams, our guests and the wider Island community. We’re proud to contribute to the place that has supported our business for generations, and to play our part in keeping Jersey a great place to live, work and visit.

Good for our Island

For us, local means more than where an ingredient comes from. It means being part of the community and helping Jersey thrive.
